Our lead character Deb Dorfman (Sara Rue) is both appalled and charmed by what she finds in the gentrifying downtown after a life in the Valley in Brad Leong's film "Dorfman in Love" (Brainstorm Media, 2011). On one of her first visits we get a look at the marquee of the Los Angeles Theatre, 615 S. Broadway.
